We are mother-daughter duo Vic and Jace F. After a lifetime of dreaming and planning together, we have finally partnered to bring our pop-up restaurant and special event food concept to life.
We present to you [No Name], purveyors of fine stick food. We come from a long line of fried food connoisseurs, and while some of the items on our menu are inspired by old family recipes, we have taken traditional cuisines and given them a fresh, modern spin.
We consulted the restaurant industry's top experts and food scientists to develop new recipes, and then carefully curated a menu based on our commitment to simplicity, quality and unparalleled flavor combinations.
We serve events ranging from intimate and low-key to festive and fabulous. Our calendar fills up quickly, so please kindly speak with us early in the planning process to ensure availability.
